My BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY:

My viewpoint on customers- "Treat
people with the utmost respect at all times. Treat people with kindness, as
you would like to be treated by them".

My take on life- "Take each
day as it comes to you. Plan for the future, but don't worry about it.
Nothing is to be gained by worrying about tomorrow".

Moral, legal & ethical. It's how I
do business or I don't do it!

"Work hard or stay home!" Some people come
to work with the expectation that their employer "owes them" a
paycheck just because they showed up for work. Horsepucky! Work hard and you
may be rewarded some day with a promotion or a bonus or your company
might stay in business and you get to keep your job. Work hard or stay home!

Just
plain old good service: I’ll probably go to my grave with the
notion that everybody deserves good customer service from anybody that
engages in the sales or service industry, wholesale or retail. I also know
deep down that those days are gone forever. Service levels have eroded too
far to ever come back on a grand scale. I also know this: for those of us
that desire and expect top-notch service and for those of us that deliver
top-notch service, we will find each other through the course of business
transactions and we will succeed together because we know that in order to
compete, good customer service wins out over intolerable ineptitude any day!
